Handmade in Seattle, WA, USA, Pandemonium comes through with a new twist one of our most popular winter accessories.  This vest is a shorter version of their wonderful Long Mandarin Vest with a few little tweaks. It now has a connected hem and two-tone collar. This gives you a solid shell and a solid lining depending on which side is worn out. Sleek and very comfortable, this vest is reversible with pockets on the shell towards the side seam for easy access.
