Large circle with mother of pearl in silver or vermeil necklace. Pendant hangs approx. 1 3/4" long on a 16" thick cable chain with 2" extender. Item# 186-15sn/vn. Our vermeil is sterling silver dipped in 16k gold. Findings are sterling silver and 14k gold fill. Handmade in Oakland, CA.
